Background
About
I'm a UX and product design leader based in St. Louis with more than 20 years of experience across consulting, enterprise, startup, and SaaS environments. My work centers on enterprise platforms, design systems, and research for products that support complex operational decisions, backed by a front-end development background that still shapes how I work with engineering teams today.
My background spans UX research, service design, interaction design, product strategy, and branding, including years running an interactive agency. I think of design as both a systems problem and a craft. The goal is reducing friction and making complex business logic feel understandable, without losing the intuitive touches and small visual moments that make a product feel good to use.
Leadership has been a growing part of that work. At PepsiCo I helped grow the service design organization and built the company's first enterprise dashboard design system supporting multiple internal AI-powered platforms, leading discovery efforts, design teams, and cross-functional initiatives that turned ambiguous problems into practical product direction.
Outside of work, I live in a suburb of St. Louis. I spend my personal time coaching youth baseball, watching sports with my three sons and hanging out with my wife.
